I have been working in Ireland for the last 3 years, first as a service representative for PayPal, then as an International Corporate Banking Service representative for CITI Bank, D1. I am now working as a Service Representative for the National Concert Hall, D2.
I am a quick and attentive learner that is not afraid of challenges,and also highly adaptable. My work experiences strengthened my natural communication skills. Working in banking and now with the NCH developed my strong organizational skills. I am computer literate and proficient with MS office. I am proactive and used to work on my own initiative but I know how to be a good team player.
Among other tasks, my current employment involves on a daily basis:
- Dealing with customer queries
- Inbound and Outbound calls (Switchboard)
- Incoming and outgoing emails from/to internal department and clients.
- Follow up on queries.
- Daily data entering
