| I am looking for a position in client services with German and French preferrably a role with a potential to evolve towards team-leading.
I have been working in pure client services for over one year but have over 7 year of client-facing experience. I have excellent customer service skills (very patient, excellent telephone manner, patient, adaptable...) and take ownership of the issues I work on. I am seeking the possibility to move towards a role with more responsibilities in order to play a greater part in improving the service my team gives clients. | |
