I have over 15 years management experience and 7 years buying experience and was responsible for running a department that turned over 18 million a year with a staff of up to 60. I am computer literate and I am experienced in rostering to a budget and achieving stringent targets on a weekly and monthly basis. I have excellent customer care focus and excellent merchandising skills which in turn are passed on to all my staff with coaching and constant reviews. Due to the uncertainty within Arnotts during the beginning of 2008 I decided to fulfil a lifetime ambition and spent 5 months travelling throughout Turkey.
