Jobs in Ireland
Lab technician/analyst

Ref: Job Application Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inquire about possible opportunities in your company. I enclose my Curriculum Vitae for your perusal. I am currently employed in Loughbeg API, Pfizer Ireland Pharmaceuticals, and have gained nearly eight years experience with the company. Throughout my employment I have worked as a Process Operator for six years and have a thorough knowledge of the manufacturing processes and equipment involved in the production of pharmaceutical ingredients. I have also worked in the Quality Control department as a Lab Analyst for over one year. This has allowed me to develop my skills in the testing of products, including raw materials and in-process samples. Working in this highly regulated environment has provided me with an in-depth knowledge of cGMP guidelines, Quality standards, and new technologies. I believe that my skills and personal attributes will make me an excellent candidate for a position in your company. I have gained a certificate in both Applied Chemistry and Health and Safety. I have been involved in cross-site team initiatives to improve audit and quality systems. I have also problem solved, using six sigma techniques. I would be obliged if you would consider my application for a role within your company. I am available for interview at your convenience. Thank you for your consideration, Yours sincerely, Barry O’ Dwyer.
