HR Generalist

• Professional, enthusiastic self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills. • Four years advisory experience in providing expert intervention for preventing and resolving employee relations matters, e.g. disciplinary and employee grievance issues. • Solely responsible for developing HR function over 4 year period (e.g. devised policy & procedures booklet, rolled out numerous HR initiatives etc). • Working knowledge of Employment legislation and best practice in HR. • Ability to work independently and on own initiative as well as part the HR team. • Exceptional report writing and presentation skills. • Successfully co-ordinated Excellence Through People projec & Great Places to Work project in company. • Ability to organise and prioritise with strong analytical ability. • Excellent analytical ability. • Professional capacity to operate very effectively in HR Generalist role.
