I speak, read and write in fluent French. My personal aim continually succeed in my career. CURRENT POSITION , FRANCE I was employed as an Office Manager in a multinational company (Cascade MHP) in France. I assisted the Branch Manager with his responsibilities while framing and animating a commercial team of ten people. My duties consisted of following the performances of the agency, contributing to quotations, following up on the sales team, managing and attributing clerical and litigate files with various services and clients. Also and on a daily basis I managed the local rental service for different clients, following up on various contracts for the whole of France (and any French-speaking international clients). And I am use to constant change following the purchase of a new factory in Italy and the closure of one of our Dutch subsidiaries. I assisted in the application of new procedures according to the needs of the new Verona-based operation and the local (Paris) branch. Meanwhile I have organised and structured the Paris Office under two different Branch managers, where my sense of human management and targeting of follow-up objectives proved invaluable.
