There is an excellent opportunity available for a Cardiac Technician. This training role is with a well-established company based in the Dublin area.
The responsibilities of the post-holder will include:
Customer Relationships:
• Attending Pacemaker and ICD implants lists
• To provide implant support and follow-up as required
• To provide Technical Support in response to Customers queries
Teamwork:
• To provide support to the Cardiac Customer Focus Team (CFT)
• To work with the cardiac team on team objectives, marketing activities, planning, pricing and promotions
• To liaise with customer care, warehouse and account teams regarding customer queries
• To work with cross departmentally in sourcing the most relevant products / instruments for customers
Communication:
• To provide educational support on and off site
• To liaise with customer service, warehouse and account teams regarding customer queries
Flexibility & Adaptability:
• To promote and develop new product areas
• To manage the demands of a multi-disciplinary team
The essential requirements for the post-holder are as follows:
- Qualified Cardiac Technician
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Experience in cardiology, electro-physiology or working with implantable ICDs, pacemakers or cardiac electro-physiology procedures
- NASPE Testmur preferable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Full, clean driving licence
The successful candidate will have proven strengths in the areas of customer relationship management, teamwork, communications and be flexible and adaptable.
