Vantage Resources are looking for an experienced Test Manager who would have ambitions to move into an account management role. Our client operating in the ICT arena is seeking a Test Manager or senior Test Team Lead who would have the required skills and ambition to move into an Account Management role involving the sale of test services to a wide customer base.


As an ideal candidate you will have


Extensive and relevant experience in all stages of the software test lifecycle including unit / assembly testing, system / technical testing, user acceptance testing, operational readiness testing
Extensive and relevant experience in software test management of all stages of the software test lifecycle
Experience in recognised test methodologies
Experience of working with multi-role development / support teams
Management of external suppliers
Experience of test co-ordination with external parties
Experience of three tier development and test environments
Extensive experience in using test tools
Experience in a Police / Public Safety / Public Services environment
Industry standard certification / recognised 3rd level qualifications
You will have strong ‘people management' skills and the ability to manage a large team of test analysts across a range of different sites. This role involves sales and/or account management so there is a definite requirement to have strong presentation and communication skills along with the commitment and motivation to deliver to customer requirements. Any experience of large corporate environments would be a distinct advantage.
