Mid Market Account Manager - Nordics Market
Job description:
To increase sales in the mid market segment via phone based account management
To understand the demand generation activities & qualification process scheduled by marketing from a messaging / audience and timeline perspective.
To conduct up-selling campaigns to our existing customer base in the mid market
To work with partners to ensure that new mid market deals are supported and closed.
Be responsible for achieving an agreed mid market sales target
Prioritisation of deals by value / campaign
To ensure a high closure rate of qualified leads
-Business Planning
-Via Process Management / Lead Management
-Channel Management
-Direct End-user telesales activity
To perform needs analysis of the customer
Understand the customer IT infrastructure
Understand the customer issues / problems / circumstances to offer a solution
Forecasting & Reporting results / prospective results
To partner with the CAM / reseller to close the deals
To make presentations to channel partners / colleagues
Maintenance of accurate contact and campaign results
Feedback to marketing on lead conversion rate to close the loop
Successful candidates shall also be involved in specific projects to promote and maintain continuous improvement within renewal sales and company wide issues.
Requirements:
Ideally the required candidates must have a minimum of two years proven track record of working in the IT industry, however knowledge of software licensing would be a distinct advantage. The candidate must have at least two years working in an inside sales / account management role.

Strong communication skills
Ability to work as an overlay resource in a collaborative team environment
Fluency in Scandinavian languages is necessary -in order of preference Swedish, Danish and Norwegian.

Fluency in the English language is essential.
