Head Chefs / Exec Head Chefs for 3*4*5* Hotels and Restaurants in the following areas: Munster and Connaught

My client is currently seeking a commercially aware Head Chef / Exec head Chef with extensive kitchen and management experience.

Applicants with 3-4 years experience in a top quality restaurant would be best suited to this role.

Prerequisites for this position include:

A passion for food and an interest in trying new ideas
Previous experience in a kitchen management position
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Haccp management experience
Ability to maintain stock control and profit margins
Manage kitchen team - rosters, training, mentoring


The successful candidate will demonstrate flair and imagination and the highest culinary standards and food production knowledge.
