Food and Beverage Managers for the following areas: Munster and Galway

We are currently seeking an experiecen Food and Beverage Manager.

Duties include:

Responsible for the smooth & efficient running of the food and beverage department.
Lead and develop the Food & Beverage team
Implement and maintain high quality standards
Ensure the department is profitable and cost effective
Preparation of budgets and forecasting
Analyse business on a regular basis and be aware of all daily and future requirements
Responsible for the general care and maintenance of all food and beverage outlets and co-ordinate with the relevant managers to ensure that appropriate standards are maintained

Skills/Experience:

Strong Management skills
3-4 years experience as Food and Beverage Manager
Alternatively solid experience as Assistant F&B or Duty Manager with F&B skills
Ability to deilver and exceed standards
Organisation and communication skills
