Bar Manager
We are looking for an outgoing, well presented and reliable person for this role. The right candidate will have experience in the capacity of Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager.
Duties:
Management and training of staff
Rosters
Stock Control
Cash control.
Recruitment and selection of Bar staff
Training and Development of Assistant Bar Manager and Supervisor
Reporting to you will be an Assistant Bar Manager and Supervisor and bar staff.
Skills/Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years as Bar Manager.
Alternatively solid experience as Assistant Bar Manager
People Management experience
Recruitment, training and development of staff
Hotel Bar Managment experience desirable
