Currently recruiting for Assistant Restaurant Manager of all grades for the following areas: Munster and Galway

The main puropse of this role is to support the Restaurant Manager and the Food & Beverage team in the day to day running of the Hotels Main Restaurant.

The ideal candidate:

1-2 years previous experience in a similar role is required although a strong restaurant supervisor would also be considered.
Must have the ability to manage and supervise staff whilst ensuring that standards are maintained at all times.
Commitment to quality and service
Experience in devising staff rosters, carrying out training and dealing with staff at all levels
A "can do" attitude is essential
