Our client currently has a vacancy within the Software Engineering Team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating the design and updating of PLC and HMI based software programs used in the Manufacturing and Facilities process
Troubleshooting PLC and HMI based software problems
Generating related documentation, including validations where appropriate
Supporting Production to resolve issues and improve the quality, safety or output of the lines
Requirements:
Degree qualified
Minimum 3 years post graduate experience in an automated manufacturing environment
Experience programming PLC's such as Siemens Simatic TI and Allen Bradley Control Logix
Ideally experience using Grafset based languages such as APT, S7 or Allen Bradley SFC and experience programming in InTouch or an equivalent HMI package
Familiarity with GAMP Standards, FDA requirements, Pilz ESD Systems or Robotics would be an advantage
