Operations Supervisor
 

Applications are invited for the position of Operations Supervisor. The primary role will be to drive Performance Management in the Operations group and provide support to teamleaders.



The successful candidate will be responsible to

1. Ensure all new starts are orientated and progressing along a development plan

2. Ensure all annual reviews are carried out on time and participating accross shifts to ensure consistency

3. Setting and rolling out new policies for operations in relation to time and attendance and overtime issues

4. Create metrics to be used in development at annual review period

5. Monitoring overtime Budget

6. Organise cover for training and maintenance across shifts

7. Collate and moniter trends eg attendance and ensure action plan in place if required

Suitable candidates for this role will ideally have at least 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment with staff responsibility and excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Strong influencing, coaching and facilitating skills are also essential.
