To establish in-process testing methods and performance verification of these components.
Study of Key Process Variables/Process Capability.
Value assignment of External Controls for the Market.
Failure Investigation where required on non-conforming product/OOS.
Trouble shooting of customer complaints in association with an international team.
Manufacture of reagents for Heterogeneous Immunoassay including, buffers, coated magnetic particles and conjugates.
Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Upkeep of neat and accurate written records in accordance with GLP.
Compliance with set Housekeeping/Safety/Environmental standards and regulations within the department.
Training of new personnel in all aspects of job function.
Any other duties as deemed appropriate by Team Leader.
Your profile
Experience
B.Sc or Ph.D in Scientific field or other relevant technical field.
A minimum of 1 year experience within a GMP manufacturing facility, preferably FDA regulated.
Chromatography (FPLC, HPLC) & analyser experience desirable.
Excellent written, communication and inter-personal skills are essential.
Proven ability to work under own initiative and under deadlines.
Proven trouble shooting ability required.
