The Company:
Our client, a well known large international company, is currently looking to recruit a German speaking Technical Support Agent to be based in their office in Cork, Ireland.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to gain international experience and to join a dynamic, well known multinational. In this role you will be dealing with customers over the phone, providing them with the best possible service and technical support.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
- manage relationships with clients
- acting as main point of contact for the clients
- ensuring that all issues are escalated and resolved accordingly and accurately
- logging of customer calls onto the database
- submitting FAQ's to the helpdesk supervisor
- reporting on daily basis on new emerging issues
Candidate Profile:
If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you would like to live abroad, you are fluent in German and English than do not hesitate and apply now!
Previous call centre experience is not essential but would be an advantage.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this position is €21,500. The company offers a relocation package for successful candidates from overseas. Exceptional benefits are offered as a pension scheme, life assurance, private health insurance, stock purchase plan and discount on the gym.
