Our client, a well known large international company, is currently looking to recruit a German speaking Internet Services Customer Support Agent to be based in their office in Cork, Ireland.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to gain international experience and to join a dynamic, well known multinational. In this role you will provide excellent customer service and act as the main contact for clients mainly by email and telephone.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
- handle customer email requests accordingly
- provide customer service on billing and account related requests
- escalate request to a supervisor accordingly
- provide reliable and prompt information
Candidate Profile:
If you have a minimum of 6 months customer support experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you would like to live abroad and you are fluent in German and English than do not hesitate and apply now!
Salary/Additional Information:
