Key responsibilities include process new reservations, reschedules, cancellations, payments and provide general support to Dutch speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide the highest levels of customer service when dealing with new reservations, reschedules, and cancellations for inbound callers in a prompt and courteous manner
- Provide general guest service as requested by the customer.
- Effectively deal with complaints and escalate when required
- Manage time effectively and organise work according to needs of team
- Work within service level agreements and response times as per company standards
- Employ an empathetic, listening, problem solving approach, and be resourceful in meeting customers needs
- Be proactive and have a flexible approach to work, maintaining an attitude and commitment to provide excellent service to all customers
- Work with computer systems to ensure all communication with customers is documented correctly
- Work with all colleagues as a team meeting objectives set
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, other European Languages considered a bonus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised whilst delivering a high quality service.
- Excellent time management skills and great attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
