The Role
- Providing high level customer support to senior level business customers, scheduling conferences, making bookings and resolving issues
- Running attended conferences and offering assistance as required
- Clerical duties relating to conferences
- Various back-up and duplication procedures
- Answering operational calls on an inbound basis
- Compiling Statistics
- Troubleshooting problems
- Client contact and account management
- Support Sales Representatives across Europe as required
Requirements:
- Essential that you are completely fluent in English & German
- Adaptable and flexible approach
- Able to work on own initiative
- Mature outlook and able to resolve problems effectively
- Team Player
- Call Centre / Customer service experience is required
- Able to learn new IT products quickly
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and databases
- Strong communication skills
- Customer Focused and good inter-personal skills
- Must have own transport as the location is not easily reachable without a car
This is not a typical 'call-centre' job. This is an exciting opportunity to build international experience in the European Headquarters of a dynamic software company in West Cork.
Salary Basic: €20,950 + bonus scheme, which is a maximum of 4 weeks salary per annum. Based on personal and company objectives. It's paid quarterly - 1 weeks salary per quarter so +/- €2000 per year
Monthly Basic Salary After Tax: €1695 per month
