Key Responsibilities
- Development of a local client base, selling to commercial clients such as estate agents, letting agencies, hotels and other local businesses that require a professional and reliable service, assisting in the capture of media-rich content.
- You will also sell to private individuals (personal property sales, personal lettings, holiday lettings) have a need to present a high level of information and media-rich content on the web quickly and cost effectively.
- Generation of referrals and new contacts through excellent customer service and delivery of results for your clients
- Develop strategic alliances with people who will be in a posiiton to refer business to you within the Cork region
- Use your existing contact base to uncover opportunities for business for 360 Virtual Tours, floorplans and photography
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years sales, ideally in a property, photographic or media related industry
- Sales focused and target driven with a very high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally at all levels
- Computer literacy essential, excellent organisational skills required
- Ability to work under pressure, someone with a "Can Do" / "Winner" attitude
- High Level of professionalism
- Determination and commitment, self-motivated
- Entrepreneurial flair and you will need to be driven and ambitious, and committed to maximising your income and the performance of your locality
- An enthusiastic communicator who possesses a positive attitude.
- Dedication and willingness to work hard
- Fluency in English is essential
