The Role
- Provide telephone and email Customer Service Support to customers, you will have a passion for providing the highest levels of service
- Respond to customer contacts in a timely and accurate manner in line with company service levels
- Work to team and individual goals for response times, resolution of problems and call volumes
- Aim to be the best, always aiming for the highest standard of Customer Service
- Interact with other departments to make things happen and solve issues
- Deal with complaints in relation to incorrect or late orders, and damaged goods
- Reporting to your Team Manager you will strive to meet your objectives
- This purely a customer support position (no sales involved)
Requirements
- Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken
- Customer service skills with a good telephone manner
- Adaptable and flexible approach
- Able to work on own initiative
- Mature outlook and able to resolve problems effectively
- Team Player with ability to learn fast
- Call Centre or Customer Service experience preferred (4 weeks of training provided)
- Good computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and databases
- Strong communication skills
- Customer Focused and good inter-personal skills
