This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast paced company based in Cork where, as part of a small customer support team of 3, you will provide the highest levels of Customer Service in fluent Spanish, Italian & English OR French, Italian & English.
Key Responsibilities
-You will be responsible for supporting our client's retail, direct and web customers by providing superior customer service for all fulfilment, service, presales, postsales and billing issues.
- You will be the first point of contact for customers receiving calls and emails on an inbound basis for the Spanish, Italian and UK markets
- You will provide general information and answer questions on various projects and products to educate the customers and provide help on enquiries
- You will handle very elementary support level issues such as registering system profiles, and account management.
- You will process and submit returns, revise credit card information, manual refund requests and complete other data entry functions.
- You will work closely with the Order Entry, Sales and Lead Generation, and various Finance groups via web tickets, telephone queue, and issue tracker to handle, escalate and resolve customer issues.
- You will work with Global IT groups to identify customer experience obstacles to enhance our customer relationship.
- Training will be given on general company job functions necessary to troubleshoot underlying issues affecting the customer's ability to register, receive and use our client's products.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a customer service role is essential
- MUST be fluent in 3 languages: SPANISH + ITALIAN + ENGLISH or FRENCH + ITALIAN + ENGLISH
- Educated to Bachelor's Degree Level essential
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel Outlook, Internet
- Any knowledge of Oracle or Linux considered a significant advantage
- Ability to learn new IT applications
- Strong communicator both written and verbal, adaptable and Flexible in work approach
- Ability to work with others to deliver superior customer service
- Customer oriented with the ability to solve problems and cope with high pressure situations
- Able to reason, produce well thought out solutions for customers with good attention to detail
- Excellent Organisational Skills and ability to work independently
- Strong initiative, and the ability to work and adapt in a rapidly adapting environment a must
