Key Responsibilities
- Development of a local client base, selling a full range of quality life & pensions products to companies within the SME sector
- Generation of referrals and new contacts through excellent customer service and delivery of solutions for retirement planning, life insurance, funds and pensions
- Conduct a simple financial analysis on each potential customer and recommend the best solution for each individual or company
- Develop strategic alliances who will be in a posiiton to refer business to you
- Use your existing contact base to uncover opportunities for business
- Work to personal sales targets and benefit from considerable training and development opportunities within the organisation
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years sales , ideally in a financial services related industry
- Sales focused and target driven with a very high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally at all levels
- Computer literacy essential, excellent organisational skills required
- Ability to work under pressure, someone with a "Can Do" / "Winner" attitude
- High Level of professionalism
- Determination and commitment, self-motivated
- Entrepreneurial flair and you will need to be driven and ambitious, and committed to maximising your income and the performance of your region
- An enthusiastic communicator who possesses a positive attitude.
- Dedication and willingness to work hard
