Key Responsibilities (Account Managers - Existing Clients)
Generating revenue against quarterly targets which you must meet or exceed (revenue targets in excess of 2million per quarter)
Closing deals worth up to 100,000 with senior level decision makers
Management of strategic commercial contracts
Generating quotes for customers
Booking orders
Working directly with in-market field sales teams, partners and resellers
Providing the customer link between technical support and sales, a real 'spider in the web' role
Ensuring customer support issues are escalated to the appropriate department
You will resolve problems and make recommendations for solutions
Key Responsibilities (Inside Sales - New Business)
Generation and development of new business
Account management of a portfolio of clients
Liaison with and assistance of the respective outside sales source to secure new business
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and individual objectives
Improve selling and negotiation techniques on a continuous basis
Generation of fully qualified leads from Blitz Campaigns and marketing events
Generating Revenue in conjunction with partners
Building a Pipeline by creating fully qualified leads and Appointments
Closing the loop on all leads and appointments relating to Prospects
Focus on 800 to 1000 un-profiled Prospects
Requirements for both positions
University Degree level and 2 years Inside Sales or Account Management experience in a B2B environment
Must have a background in the IT sector (hardware or software) with previous experience in a sales role (telesales, inside sales, account manager, field sales)
Very high level of customer service, sales focused and target driven
A people-person with excellent communication skills both written and verbally at all levels
Computer literacy and excellent organizational skills required
Ability to work under pressure, someone with a Can Do / Winner attitude
Willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to handle constructive feedback
High Level of professionalism, determination and commitment
Fluency in English is essential
