Key Responsibilities
- Account Management of key clients with regards to their advertising and PR activity
- To take ownership of key accounts and develop them into successful, bigger contributors
- To brainstorm ideas and come up with creative solutions on various client campaigns
- To develop & deliver plans for the growth of existing clients
- To lead new business pitches from interrogation of the brief through to actively managing the client team
- To develop the agency’s response to clients, working with the company’s New Business Manager.
- Financial control and reporting
- To meet client targets in the companies’ Business Plan
- To develop relationships with key figures in Media Publications to ensure you can deliver the best for your clients in terms of exposure and visibility
- To be responsible for planning client budgets in all client and new business programmes
- Understand client’s needs and deliver increased awareness and profitability for client portfolio
- Using network of contacts, bring in new clients and generate new business from existing account base
Skills Required
- Education in PR & Advertising or Marketing Communications required
- Must have previous work experience as consumer PR Account Manager/Director
- First class client development & new business skills, proven pitch winner
- Highly organised, able to meet deadlines and take on the challenge of this exciting role
- Strategic planning experience and excellent management skills
- Confident and experienced new business manager
- Clear picture of what kind of results will blow the client’s mind
- Energetic, proactive and positive at all times with a passion for the PR & Advertising industry
- Creative flair, ability to contribute ideas and bring energy to the team
- Bubbly and bright personality able to interact with customers, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and highly customer focused, able to deliver results for clients
- Excellent IT skills, MS Office
- Team Player, with ability to take on responsibility and work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential
