Test and Balance Technicians
TAC Systems is looking to grow the team. We do testing and balancing for air and hydronic systems within the HVAC industry.
Located in beautiful Western Washington State, we have been commissioning, testing and balancing for a number of years. We have year round work when others slow down in the fall and winter.
Our projects can be anywhere, but mostly are in the area from the Canadian border to Olympia. Selected candidates who live in that area can travel to work at the various projects from their current home. Candidates who do not live in the area would have to relocate at their own expense.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NEBB, TABB or AABC certification or has the ability to obtain them.
• 3+ years of test and balance experience with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, test, adjust and balance air/water systems and controls accurately, within the estimated time, and with a high degree of quality on commercial projects involving all types of HVAC systems. Would also consider experience in certain other mechanical and control systems for lower level positions.
• Experience with both air and hydronic systems.
Compensation:
• Excellent wages of $15/hr to $40/hr depending on experience with paid vacation, holidays, etc.
Advancement:
• The opportunity for advancement is great with us. The right candidate(s) could move into Lead Technician or Manager Positions.
