A large, multi-national IFSC-based financial services company is looking for a Production Support Analyst Officer to work on a team reponsible for an application that records investor information and transactions, and also automates fee calculations for fund accounting.
The Role:
-Assist in all production support issues that arise from internal users
-Work with users and developers to define new projects to extend and enhance financial applications
-Create test scenarios and implement test cases that will serve as acceptance test criteria for new functionality
-Test release code in UAT environment
The Candidate:
-At a minimum the candidate should be at a supervisory level within a financial services company
-Accounting knowledge
-Strong communication skills
